“That’s the thing about a dog… they love you no matter the mess — and we’re here to handle the rest.
Q: What areas do you serve?
A: We’re based in Aliquippa and service most of Beaver County (Aliquippa, Center, Hopewell, Ambridge, Baden, Monaca, etc.). If you’re nearby, ask—we often add routes as demand grows.
Q: How does service work?
A: Pick a plan (weekly, biweekly, or one-time “initial clean”). On your service day we enter the yard, scoop all pet waste, bag it, and place it in your outdoor trash bin or haul it away—your choice.
Q: What are your prices?
A: Pricing depends on visit frequency, number of dogs, and yard size. Typical ranges:
Initial clean: $–$ (first visit or long time between cleanings)
Weekly: $/week for 1 dog (+$ each additional dog)
Biweekly: $/visit for 1 dog (+$ each additional dog)
We’ll confirm your exact rate after a quick yard assessment (free).
Q: Is dog waste disposal allowed in the household trash?
A: Yes—properly bagged pet waste can go in household trash locally. If you’d rather not use your bin, choose our haul-away option.
Q: Do I need to be home?
A: Nope. As long as we have safe access (gate code/lock combo) we’ll handle everything and text/email a service receipt afterward.
Q: What if my dog(s) are in the yard?
A: For the safety of our team and in compliance with our insurance requirements, all dogs must be secured indoors or in a secure, locked area before we arrive. We do not service yards when dogs are loose, regardless of temperament. If a dog is not contained at the time of your scheduled service, our staff will not enter the property and the full service charge will still apply. We kindly ask that you note your scheduled service time and plan accordingly to avoid missed visits. Our goal is to keep both your pets and our staff safe while providing reliable, stress-free service.
Q: Do you sanitize tools?
A: Absolutely. Tools and footwear are disinfected between yards to prevent cross-contamination.
Q: Do you treat for odor or sanitize the yard?
A: Scooping is standard. Optional add-ons: patio/kennel rinse, spot disinfectant for high-traffic areas, and deodorizer. Ask for bundle pricing.
Q: What happens in rain, snow, or extreme weather?
A: We work in light rain. Heavy storms, lightning, ice, or deep snow may delay service—your visit will be moved to the next available day in the route. In winter, we scoop what’s visible and return for anything revealed by melt at no extra charge.
Q: What about tall grass, leaves, or overgrowth?
A: We’ll do our best, but heavy leaf cover or tall grass can hide waste. If conditions prevent a thorough clean, we’ll note it and suggest a quick yard maintenance before the next visit.
Q: Do you charge for locked gates or missed visits?
A: If we arrive and can’t access the yard, we’ll try to contact you immediately. One courtesy reschedule is included per season; additional lock-outs may incur a $25 trip fee.
Q: How do billing and payments work?
A: Most customers choose auto-pay (card/ACH). Weekly services are billed monthly in advance; one-time visits are billed the day of service. Invoices/receipts are sent by email.
Q: Is there a contract? Can I pause or cancel?
A: No long-term contract. Pause or cancel anytime; please give 48 hours’ notice before your next scheduled visit to avoid a trip fee.
Q: Do you offer discounts?
A: Yes—multi-dog, seniors/military, and prepay discounts. We also have a refer-a-friend credit once your referral completes their first month.
Q: Will you scoop other animal waste (cats, rabbits, geese)?
A: Backyard pet waste—yes. Litter boxes or goose-heavy fields are case-by-case; send details for a quote.
Q: Do you work with HOAs or property managers?
A: Definitely. We provide route rosters and monthly proof-of-service for HOA communities, landlords, and realtors.
Q: Are you insured?
A: Yes—general liability and (if applicable) commercial auto. We take safety and professionalism seriously.
Q: What if I’m not satisfied?
A: Tell us within 24 hours and we’ll return to make it right—no questions asked.
Q: How do I get started?
A: Click “Get a Quote,” tell us your address, number of dogs, and preferred day. We’ll confirm your route spot and first visit.
